O nome <\/span>Calambria<\/span><\/i> surge pela primeira vez h\u00e1 quase mil anos, nos s\u00e9culos XI e XII, em antigos documentos medievais. Era assim que se chamava esta terra, onde hoje se ergue Vale de Cambra \u2014 uma regi\u00e3o moldada por rios, vales e mem\u00f3rias.<\/span><\/p>\n

Resgatamos essa designa\u00e7\u00e3o ancestral n\u00e3o por nostalgia, mas porque acreditamos que os lugares com alma merecem nomes com hist\u00f3ria.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aqui, junto ao rio, o tempo corre sereno.<\/span>
<\/span>E a mesa convida \u00e0 pausa, \u00e0 partilha, ao prazer.<\/span>
